Gathering of the Scarecrows

Gathering of the Scarecrows- The "Gathering of the Scarecrows" took place during the month of October. Community members were asked to create scarecrows to be placed on the corner of Division and Shirley Streets. JRBC partnered with the Mount Union Chamber of Commerce for this project.
